8.a Use of Images
Some photos published in the Students Projects section may include children who are not recognizable. Such images are used exclusively for educational and documentary purposes and and cannot in any way lead to the direct identification of minors.
All other visual content on the Site is generated artificially using artificial intelligence (AI). AI-generated images do not depict real persons and are used solely for illustrative and educational purposes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TealScope and its affiliates, contributors, or instructors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TealScope, its affiliates, contributors, and instructors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
